How does the $500 deposit work?
Only collected when you approve a target car and we’re ready to bid. It’s credited toward the purchase or refunded if we don’t win within 21 days.
Do you ship?
Yes—open or enclosed transport nationwide. I’ll quote it upfront before bidding.
Can you reject a car after it arrives?
If the car materially differs from the condition report, we exercise arbitration where available or I make it right. No salvage/flood cars—ever.
